is LDRS registration closed?

my mom has been a bit stressed lately and after 3 times of giving her the stuff for LDRS i gave up on the idea of going...

a few days ago my dad brought it up, and i looked on the site but registration is closed...

do you need to register only if you want to launch? id rather just go to watch...

Online registration is closed. You can still register on-site. Don't know if you need to pay the fees just to watch. For more info click on LDRS Registration

The top of this page says registered flyers get a free parking pass and spectators will need to pay for parking, but it does not give a price.
