This question has eluded all of my Google skills, so I will ask this members of this august group to see if anyone can provide some wisdom. How are we to interpret the date codes on the more recent Estes BP motors? I have managed to locate some speculation that the last two digits might be the year, but that theory falls apart due to the motor we have that ends in -22.

Is there a decoder chart out there?

BTW: Estes does not provide this information, apparently.

Thanks,
James

An example from an actual motor: A0624094

Month - June
Day - 24
Year - 2009

I think the 4 is a lot or machine code. YMMV.
