I know I've seen some other Texans on TRF.

I don't know if there are any Aggies here.

I do know that both groups are fiercely devoted to Texas and Texas A&M.

I'm wondering if there would be any interest in decal sets for an Interceptor E for the Texas Space Navy or the Corps at Aggieland or both.

What would an Aggie Interceptor look like?

Wings on backwards?
Painted that stupid maroon color?
Would there be a sheep somewhere nearby?

(My bro-in-law is an Aggie)

I am sure that with the appropriate ammount of con$ideration, even the University of Southern North Dakota could get a customized set.

I'm just trying to guage interest and maybe share the cost.

Actually, I'd like both.

Cisco? LOL! That's where my Dad met my Mom, well I guess they were parents-to-be at the time.... Her family lived there, I can't tell you how much time I've spent in Cisco.

I'm still a bit scarred from it, in fact. ;)

"Cisco Kid, was a friend of mine...." C'mon, somebody give me the chorus! :neener:

But how about one for the University of Houston? Phi Slama Rocketa perhaps? :D

It is starting to look like a landslide victory for the last option ("Neither"). Could that be called a mandate from the voters? :p

But who knows? There could be a last minute surge. I wonder if the results would be different if you re-ran it in the fall? (You know, during The Season.)

(BTW, I did not vote in the poll. For obvious reasons.)

Not offended. ;)

All part of graduating from a school where the initials spell out UH. :y:

And plus, it beats Cisco. :D

Glad to hear it.

I'm not as partisan as I used to be but Aggie loyalty still runs deep.

 I don't get it. :confused2:

Its an old southwest conference thing.

University of Houston => Cougar High

Texas A&M Aggies => Silo Tech, Lords of Creation, Masters of the Universe, etc.

Texas Tech => tee-tee, sometimes misspelled as pee-pee, Yosemite Sams

Baylor Bears => fuzzy-wuzzies

t.u. => "that junior college of dubious accreditation" and other things that forum rules prohibit me from saying...

Funny, that's where my in-laws said that they met. They met at the junior college.

I have an Interceptor -E minus paint and decals, so if there were a good Texas decal set I'd go for it!!!

I need to build another Interceptor-E..The one I did have had an unfortunate 'incident' in the hotel room last year:rolleyes: Though, truth be told, I would like to upscale it, but that nose cone would be kind of a booger!

Not really that hard to do.

Here are 2 sets of BT-80 (2.6" O.D) Interceptor parts I made.

So from the pole I guess I don't need to work up a set of decals for any Texas schools.

How about Michigan State or The University of Michigan?...naw

I would pay good money for Ohio State decals. Them being Rose Bowl champions and all that.

The original Interceptor was 1.325" so a 2x upscale is closer to 2.60 or do you mean a 2x upscale of the E version?

so is that just an upscale or an upscale of an upscale.

As for the Ohio State decal set, I'm from Michigan...I can't...I, I, just can't.

The nose cone would be 25.8" long.

That's more than doable. Probably fiberglass.
