Hi gang,

I am looking for any info on the mid 1960's model rocket motor manufacturer Uni-Jet. They were certified in late 1964, and were gone by late 1965 due to tech difficulties.

ANYTHING would be helpful.

Thanks!!

A friend from way back launched some uni-jets ,he still has some
I think they are 10mm dia ?

supposedly the first mini motors.they were very weak
I remember he refered to them as puny-jets

good luck with the search

Thanks Bob. It is Dale's site that got me started on all of this!! So far, I have found out that the engines were pretty unreliable, leading to their early demise in 1965. These little buggers DID however inspire Mike B of MRI to design long 13mm motors that were produced by MPC in the early 1970's.

I am still attempting to locate Mr Molson, the former owner, but I believe he no longer lives in Albany....
