At one time WSMR used a 3" Sounding rocket called LOKI for weather testing. Does anybody out there have any information on this rocket?

... Richard Morrow's book "Small Sounding Rockets" has a chapter about the "Super Loki-Dart sounding vehicle" which looks quite similar to the WSMR display model on the web page ...
