Nasa is encouraging kids all around the world to send them their rocks so that the kids can compare the composition of their rocks with the ones on mars. This is to get the kids excited about science, and they get a sticker and certificate for their contribution. The details are here.

WOW thanks corpse,my daughter loves science so we'll go out tomorrow and pick a stone and send it off.This sounds like a great idea.Annie is convinced that there is bacteria on mars so this might just help to prove her right or wrong
