Less so than you’d imagine, most likely. The Fremont Solstice Parade in Seattle is always led off by a group of several hundred naked bicyclists, most in body painted “costumes.” The gender balance is pretty even and the body types are a cross section of what you see on the street.

As @K’Tesh implies, everyone is celebrated regardless of shape or size. It’s a fun event.

Probably depends on the grade of paint. The quality of paint and artistic merit varies widely. The ride is maybe half an hour long so it’s not a huge sunburn risk even if the sun is shining.
