Jerry, my Chinese student who I've got into rocketry by building an Alpha with him was turned on to the ALIEN franchise when our textbook made a pop culture reference to the movie, and I happened to have a 1/1 Facehugger model that I used as a practical prop.
He got into the action figures, and sent me these...
I replied with my Queen...
He shoots back...
He left for a little over a year due to academic pressures, but then came back a few weeks ago...
I happened to have ordered some other aliens to share with him but had to wait until they shipped... And today I was able to give him his Alien... and this appears in my inbox a few hours later... (He did the captioning himself)....
I think I've created a monster...
