SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED has commented for the past 2 mornings on my less than usual degree or surliness.
"Whatever can you mean, my dear?" I asked politely, knowing that getting the kids ready for school is a major undertaking.
She told me that I don't seem as grumpy as usual on waking up yesterday or today. In fact, she was going to bring to my attention my general bad attitude in the mornings which has been getting worse since November.
Then it struck me. TRF is responsible!
People say that I'm not an early morning person. Those people are slanderous! I am an early morning person and love getting things done. THat happens most effectively in the early morning up until about 3 or 4. Its this mid and late morning stuff that drags me down until noon.
TRF was part of my morning routine as I tried to conquer the ravages of rigor mortis upon waking. Going through the forums allowed the machinery to warm up and let the lubricants flow through the critical paths.
The waking experience has always been too traumatic for me to worry about things like food (that in itself is a MAJOR indicator) and I have never been a coffer person. Being without TRF in the mornings has meant that I have been free to offer helpful suggestions to the wife and kids as they prepare for the day and, probably, I have been a bit more caustic thant the necessities of the situation demanded.
Now, things are getting back to normal and I can slowly revert to my sweet self, sweet enough to cause diabetes in a statistically significant sample of those reporting.
I think I'll go she if she has any donuts handy...
