Better than teaching an engineering class, he'd probably be a hit in a Masters level public policy or public administration class. That's where you'd get the good stuff on what was happening during his tenure at the top spot in NASA.

He came in and talked to my Space Science, Practice, and Policy class last Friday, and I would love to have him as a teacher if I ever got the opportunity. He's an excellent speaker. Here's a link describing it:
