Damn David. Those are some bad-a strobes. I dig the head you've got on your tripod too.

EDIT: And I don't actually have a rocket collection picture... I'll have to rectify that.

Thanks. I had a setup using speedlights, until I blew out my 580ex (ouch) Then I found alien bees and grabbed a pair of B800's and a B400. and some 36" umbrellas. and some 64....and 86. :) So much fun. got some radio poppers for them and the rest if history.

I just got my first serious speedlight, a 600EX-RT. I then ordered a controller for it which showed up in the mail today. My buddy who's an amateur photographer suggested I snap a pic of my gear. I'm getting into automotive and firearm photography, so some Alien Bees may be in my future...

Well, I do see a problem there. Clearly, the table that all your equipment is sitting on is way too small. But, that's the only thing wrong I can see.

I'd have to use a mirror to take a picture of my camera equipment....of course, I'd have to find the camera first, so........

David, yeah they are hard to shoot, but guns and cars are also a hobby of mine... My rifle, not my car.

Nice bangstick. I need to get a decent rifle setup going soon. Here's one of mine.

The black anno'd aluminum rail reflecting red compared to the parkerized steel drives me -insane-

I've been out of hobby photography aside from rockets for far too long. I need to get back to work at it.

Nice shotty. Yeah, the color contrast would drive me bonkers too.
