If I remember right you had to be 21 years of age to obtain a Fed Permit. This meant that you had to be 21 to buy a regulated product.

Now that regulation is a thing of the past ..... felt good to say that.

What is the age limit to purchase APCP? I know there is one, I just can't remember what it is.

Your question is semi-confusing.

you say that regulation is a thing of the past, yet the court case only had to do with one agency and THEIR regulations of one item.

ALL of the other agencies and their regulations still exist. Are you asking about the CPSC age requirements for "banned hazardous substances" and what that term means?

I don't think there are any attorneys posting here who can give you a reliable answer, but I'm absolutely certain that you will get many, many personal opinions. Some of them may even be semi-correct.

I wonlt post any opinions of my own. I will just take 30 seconds and see what Google tells me:

https://www.google.com/search?hl=en...banned hazardous substance&btnG=Google+Search

well, that resulted in a lot of the 'rocket car' results, but this might be helpful (but still not written by an attorney):

I had to show a couple of vendors a valid DL, proving I was 18, to buy a G motor. It that it or is that a now banished BATF reg?

Thank you Fred, I appreciate your help. I'm guessing you have to be at least 18 years of age to buy a reload, CPSC rule?
