Regard the postion of the flags in the center of this photo taken out of my office window. :rolleyes:

Gotcha.
About once or twice a summer I manage to launch on a dead calm, golden sun, late afternoon... happens all too infrequently, though.
 
Clear Blue skys and dead calm winds. Look at the flags :mad:


Know exactly what you mean. I took Wed-Fri off last week and then had the three day weekend. Stormed almost every evening and winds never got below 15-60mph. Had nothing else planned for my vacation except I figured with 6 days off in a row, maybe I could get at least a couple hour launch window. I love building rockets, but if I can't knock the shine off of a couple new ones real soon, I might have to start justifying my hobby to the old lady.
