Okay, gonna do one with one inch chord fins, another two inch.
Standard 6pack .
I am keeping all the glue on the inside “triangle.” In previous versions I filleted the outside too, but when you do that, makes it hard to make cuts.
Front and side views of “six pack”
Cut out sections with small sharp scissors, this does leave a small “stub” which can be partially sanded down.
The cut out parts are pictured last.
I may use those to reinforce the tube fins.
The appearance with the simple cutout I think is pretty cool.
