Honest John

I was hoping to build a Honest John with a 7.5" diameter nose. This would fit a 6" airframe which should make it 1/5 scale if the original was a 30" airframe. Or is the 30" referring to the original nose diameter?? That would make it 1/4 scale. Does this sound right?? 81" total length?
Anyway, just trying to build around this nose and make it as close to scale as possible. Any help would be appreciated.
