Home grown altimeter w/ switches?

I built a home brewed altimeter with dual switches a few years ago from a do-it-yourself article on www.rocketeryonline.com. I have most of the article except for calibration and one of the earlier parts.

Does anyone have this article? Does anyone have plans that are simpler? The one on www.rocketryonline.com was quite complex... for me, anyway.
