Tripoli Oklahoma has a great launch site for high powered rockets at Sayre (far western Okla.). The problem is... it's in Sayre, a two-hour drive from the OKC area. At the last meeting we decided we'd like to fly smaller stuff a bit closer to home. We're trying to find a field where we can fly "G" and under rockets in the south OKC/Moore/Norman area. If you're interested, or if you have a suggestion for a field, please contact the prefect through Tripoli Oklahoma Rocketry Homepage. You're still welcome to fly low/medium power stuff at Sayre!
