Do you have a local club to launch with?

No I never have! First build was at a local high school when I was 7 or 8. After that just friends but never more than a few. I'd love to find some local guys, I've been looking around but not finding much...

The Olympus was only $10.99 when I went last Monday, went back yesterday and it was at 16 something. So picked up a Cherokee-E for the same price, so gonna try that build soon for the first time ever!! But the Alpha III launch kit was $20, so I picked up one of those!

The Cherokee is one of my favorite Estes kits, but use a D unless you have a very big field,

Thats nice, I was debating on what color to paint it. I have gloss black/white, or Rusto's Painter's Touch 2X Gloss Deep Blue seems to be a pretty close match to the og color, or I have Majestic Red, which I was going to save for the Baby Bertha I picked up.
