High speed for lounchrod out

Hi friends. I have a problem. I need speed of 25 m/s for lounchrod but my design speed is 32 m/s. If I increase mass, altitude is falling. How can reduce the lounchrod speed?

Thanks friend, i solved the problem. I have one more question. Apogee volue is 3032 m (in simulation screen) but apogee volue is 4700 m (on the screen with the design). Why are these values different?

Make sure you have the correct motor selected in the Flight Configuration dropdown list on the top right side of the main design screen.
