That`s too bad ,I always like her !
My father loved her, my mother hated her and I enjoyed her. I remember watching her on the Tonight Show and on the Bob Hope specials. Good bye and rest in peace.
She was funny, one of the few funny female comedians
I tried to make a ruhbarb pie but couldn't find a pan long enough...lolFunny lady. I saw an interview last year with Rosie Odonnell. Phyllis Diller was awesome and Sharp as a tack. She was a car gal and loved her fancy rides.
I was lucky enough to meet her twice.
A very nice lady who took time to offer encouragement to a wanna-be entertainer.
My favorite Phillis Diller line:
"I asked my husband to lower the thermostat. (pause)
He put it two inches above the floor!"
Too bad she passed away, but at 95 she had one hell of a run!
RIP Phyllis. Thanks for the laughs.
Farewell to a gracious and very funny lady. RIP, Phyllis.
