I'm at the prime/Bondo/sand/repeat phase in one of my builds, and I apparently was a little too aggressive with the sanding. I now have fuzzies along the seam of my cardboard tubing.

What's the best way to deal with this? I'm considering hardening the area with thin CA and trying to sand it smooth. Any other suggestions?

The CA will work, as long as you are not too aggressive with the sanding. If all you are dealing with are "fuzzies", that is, you have not actually scuffed the tube, then 2 smooth coats of primer followed sanding with 320 grit once dry, should do the trick.

Wish I had known about CA and the wonders of using it in the right places when I built this assembly. I use it without fail anymore. And +1 using it on the scuffs as mentioned above.
