I think there are folks here who can help you if you provide all the specifications of your rocket. It's like saying, "I have a car. What size tires do I need?" No one can answer that until they know what kind of car you have.hello im new in rocket world i need some help with designing some fins for my rocket anyone can help me please ?

Many paths to rocketry nirvana. I built many successful rockets using the rules of thumb taught by Stine and Van Milligan long before I ever touched a keyboard. The op's location may help us determine what resources are available. What he said. Definitely.
I'd also second the recommendation to build and fly a few kits. Then try building a kit or two with different fins or whatever modifications you want to try.
