Help Fixing Ugly Fillets

If you have a ROUND metal file, you can knock off the high points with that. After that, 80 grit sandpaper, then 150, then 240 then 320.
Why, why why does everyone use rocketpoxy?
That 30-minute epoxy they sell in Hobby Lobby self levels while drying and if you apply it carefully with a craft stick or tongue depressor, you don't even need to use tape! The results are much cleaner looking and after 24hrs it's ready to paint.

When done, tack off dust, saturat with thin/watery CA. Sand again with 400 grit. It will be glass smooth.
