Hello. My name is Daren Savage. One half of the AstroCam drag racing Savage Bros. We attended the model rocket fly-in at Harris Ranch in Colorado this past weekend. We were both flying AstroCams (Dan with his AstroCam rocket, and me with my Alpha III with the universal AstroCam mounted).

One of the launch directors asked if we wanted to drag race. Of course we said yes. Every flight after that was a drag race. You can view the pics and videos from the on-board camera, and ground cameras.

It was a lot of fun. Having the video and photos really added to the fun memories.

Here's the video from the impossible test flight of my Alpha III. Space X would be proud of the landing.
