So why does the ISS suddenly decrease altitude in April 2020? I've never seen it do that. Seems like they had to actively decrease altitude - no? Why? Crew Dragon 2?

It’s only a difference of 7km. Probably flushing the space toilet shoots it up a km. (Kidding)

Can see how the orbit gradually degrades. Perhaps it’s a question of available fuel from cargo ships.
 
It does shoot up over one orbit from boosts, but never has it came down over one orbit - always decays slowly, like all the other times, but April is "weird"?
