thanks for this information. I did not have a swivle for todays launch but i used a quick link for the chute and it did not tangle, so the smaller link must have helped. I had my chute about 16 inches from the NC. It had a BEAUTIFUL slooow landing. I was supper happy.

Glad you had a good flight. Swivels are not requirements, nor q-links. Your rocket will not explode or fail without them. They're just small things that, in my opinion, help.

Yes but is that a problem for HPR?

Depends on what you are trying to do. Record altitude flights, more weight in the wrong place. Higher descent rates, need bigger chutes.
