Anyone know of a site where I could get a set of AGM-84 Harpoon decals
that I could print out/scale up?

Actually, he's got them tucked away in the reviews section of this site. You can't directly link to it easily, but here's where you can find them:
harpoon folder
There are a bunch of pics in the folder, and the decals/lettering are way down at the bottom with the Z's.
