A grateful acknowledgment to Jim Amos at Missileworks: as posted here a while back, after a couple of flights I had a problem programming my RRC3 with the mDACS dongle. After a trouble shooting discussion with Jim Amos via the Missileworks website he sent me a new one free of charge. Great customer service!
 
Agree 100%. Over the last 5 years I've had 3 issues that I left info on the MW web contact for. 2 of them Jim called me directly and diagnosed (mostly user error) over the phone, and the 3rd he simply sent a replacement, no questions asked. Awesome personal service.
 
Absolutely!

My T3 receiver took a dive during a TARC session and popped a component. Sent it in and they fixed it right up!

Also I found a post from him on the forum years ago to fix a settings corruption on mine a couple nights ago
