I had a potential problem with my Marsa 54L altimeter and so I contacted John Derimiggio of Marsa Systems. John just informed me that he received my altimeterin the mail today, evaluated/corrected it and also uploaded the latest firmware. Best of all, he will mail the altimeter back to me tomorrow! This was all resolved in less than 24 hours! You can't get better than that. Its great to know than an exceptional altimeter is backed up by superlative customer service!
