Graphics Work.

I have this image I'm working on, problem is, I'm not skilled enough to do what I want with it.



As you can see it's a fade pattern... Problem is, it's not supposed to be black fading to grey/white. It's supposed to be black fading to yellow (R 255, G 204, B 0).

Can someone achieve the desired pattern for me?

It's closer than what I have, but a tad too brown. It is intended to look pixelated... Here's the original image

Hmmm. Where is that original pixelated/halftone image from? Do you have a copy with transparency?

It's from the decals for the Estes Sizzler (2171), and I don't have a transparency. However, your work helped me figure out how to do it. So, I'll be uploading the results soon.
