GPS and flight computer for high altitude 100km flight

Two questions:

1. What are the available options for a GPS unit that functions up to 100km and or higher?

2. What are the available options for a flight computer for drogue deployment at high (100km) altitudes.

We are launching to ~30 km (100,000 feet) next month with plans on going to 100km later this year.
