Build in 1996, this Old Odd-Roc doesn't get as much flight time as I'd like. All this time and it's only had 5 flights.

A few weeks ago I got the chance to again get this fun flying bird in the air. Sorry I didn't catch better in flight pics but was more interested in seeing the flight then photographing it.

It's one of my early "Flyin Food" odd-roc builds using Throw away trash. flys on a D12-3 with an 18" plastic chute. Slice of bread "fins" are 1/8" foamcore epoxy rivet mounted to the Peanutbutter plastic jar. Core tube is a simple BT-50 with standard 42" 70lb kevlar & 36" of 1/8" oval elastic shockcord. Nosecone is the Jelly jar cap with threads removed to allow a slip on fit and a balsa nose block epoxy installed inside with Kevlar attachment loop.
Great flying model to about 400feet. very nice gental chute landing with no damage at all.
