In New England, at least, Target has a $20 special on a Dremel-like rotary tool. It consists of the motor, flex shaft, hangar, and the other 200 pieces that are mostly little sandpaper discs. Not a bad deal if you don't have one or would like a second.
Similar in capability to a Dremel 395, just a bit bigger.
It's made by a company called Durabuilt.
It's in the circular from this past Sunday, however you have to look real close as its part of the picture for another tool.
