I ordered a few components from Giant Leap Rocketry about a week or 10 days ago, my shipment arrived last Thursday but due to impending rain the mailman returned it to the post office where I picked it up Monday. Well everything was great except a 2.6 inch Kevlar chute protection pad, a section of the sewn binding around the edge had came loose.
I emailed GLR about this, including a digital photo. Received a very quick response from Kent Burnett, and he put another pad in the mail immediately!! He also told me to not bother returning the first one.
Great, great customer service from GLR. They will most definitely be on my short list of preferred rocket parts dealers!!
