Those are good thoughts. Some assembly required, however.



CRs have been drilled for Tee-nuts for motor retention, and carbon fiber tubes for controlling airstarts. I guess I need to do a build thread...

For the 5.38" tubes, that's a 54 mm with 8 x 29 mm. Pretty sure you could get a 75 mm with 38 mm motors outboard in a 7.5" tube, but that would be up to LOC

Yeah, you can do that. Check out their options here: https://shop.locprecision.com/category.sc?categoryId=40 (Too cool, and too expensive for me today. Just filling those 8 x 29mm holes runs $120!)

I still love kraft tubes and plywood for high power rockets...especially scale kits where I can shape the fins to the degree of accuracy that I want. If you build them, I will buy them!
