Well, we got out to the desert to launch some rockets and every rocket we took out got destroyed. We started off with the mustang, came down with a broken engine hook, not too bad. then we flew the comanche III for the first time and all three stages went perfect, got everything back with no broken fins or anything except the second stage didnt come off so the third motor burnt the body tube around all the fins. Next was the alpha, fin broke off in mid air so we lost that. SR-71 windcocked and couldnt find it. Madcow DX3 was going up on a G53-5FJ and CATO 5 feet off the pad, not to bad of damage though, we just need to replace the bottom body tube. Last was a barracuda and that came down with about a 6 inch zipper down the side of the body tube. DONT FLY ON FRIDAY THE 13

not sure, we couldnt figure it out. the thrust seemed to come out of the front instead of the back but the motor was built right and none of the o-rings were damaged.

cato, not "CATO".

Flame out the front can really damage your forward closure. It can be caused by several things:
* Missing O-ring.
* Bad or incorrect delay grain (could have a bubble inside it, could be too fast burning, could have been mixed up with a shorter time /faster burning delay module).
* Peeling the outside of the delay grain liner tube can allow flaming leakage from the combustion chamber. Ditto for a defective liner with a large open spiral groove.

Sounds like you damaged some items that are totally repairable
and lost one that may still be in excellent condition (if found);
so what exactly was "destroyed"?
