Free shipping over 40.00

Last week I saw a site that had free shipping over 40.00. I had added kits to the cart and when I went back to order, I could not find the site. Any help on the name of the company would be greatly appreciated.

Just recently became interested in building rockets, but the only place within close driving distance is hobby lobby and most of what they have are simple kits. I'm looking for more challenging builds.

Off the top of my head, jonrocket.com has free shipping over $50, and ACSupply has free shipping over $100. I don't recall anyone with a $40 threshold.

Estes also has free shipping over $50. I can't think of any at $40 either.
