Put a couple rockets up on Fourth of July. Did anyone (besides the LDRS attendees) do the same?

Cool. The first one looks like an early ejection.

I'm jealous. I wish I could launch G motors from my backyard.

You also were able to embed videos. I hadn't been able to do that before. I see there are You Tube tags on my message options now.

I launched my D Region Tomahawk, and Centuri Phoenix Bird on July 3rd.

I sure did. Schoolyard launch of:
Estes outlander E9-4. One point landing :(
chad Flis Frick (lost the Frack) C6-0 to C6-5
Estes Gyroc A8-3
Scratch Space Needle C6-5
Scratch Flying Jenny 1/2A6-2. Nosedived and crashed

Night launch of Chinese rockets. They all cato'd. No recoveries.

I think the delay length was correct. The igniter got spat out, then it sat there for a second or two. I think the burning delay element may be what actually lit the propellant. So by the time the propellant got going, the delay element was alreay half burned. No damage to the rocket though.

Embedding youtube:
Copy and paste the embed link from youtube in between opening and closing youtube pseudo-tags. I say pseudo-tag because they use brackets instead of less than and greater than signs.
Copy-and-pasting the url from the address bar will not work, must be from youtube's supplied embed link.

Nice Tomahawk and pictures of it.

Our club, FLASH Rocketry had its monthly launch on that day. I made the following flights:

Binder Stealth - I285R - I flew this in a drag race with rockets containing red, white and blue motors. Mine (red) fired first, then the blue and then the white. Was a real crowd pleasing event.

BSD Sprint - H250G - Awesome flight and an awesome motor.:D

Practically landed right on top of me. I actually had to move out of the way.;)

Art Applewhite Cinco 38mm - Two flights on Research motors - first an H33 Black Smokey. IIRC, this was a C-slot load in a 38mm 2 grain casing. Had about a 7 - 7 1/2 second burn. Just kept going and going and going!!!:D:D:D

Second was an H180 Yellow Flame load. IIRC, this was a 2 grain BATES motor in a 38mm 2 grain casing. Great flight and nearly landed on the pad it was launched from.:D

Art Applewhite Cone Rocket 29mm aka Flying Circus Tent - G71-4R - Great flight but both sections failed to separate. I either didn't add enough BP or it leaked out. Loosened the internal NC assembly but that's an easy fix.

Great videos :) In the 4th scratch flight video it looks like some sort of steam or vapor is coming off the rocket before it launched why is that? It looked very cool like LOX or something :)
Cheers
