    Do these closures allow for head-end ignition? I'm not familiar with these part numbers...

    No, they allow you to attach a 29/40-120-style case to the forward end of any 29mm or 38mm AT case.

    The idea when they were released was that top case would contain electronics, the Electronic Flight Controller.

    So are they interchangeable with the end burn forward closure?

    They are basically plugged closures with threads on both ends. The EFC-1 screws onto the fore end of the forward closure. You can select delay times with the
