Forged eye-bolts to fit 98mm tapped forward closure?

I'm not sure why www.rouse-tech.com doesn't publish this but... where can one buy forged eye-bolts to fit their 75/98mm tapped forward closures (3/8"-16)? I've found some on www.fastenal.com and www.boltdepot.com but they're all too long with 1.25" being the shortest. I'm quite certain the tap depth is only ~3/4" and yes I could just add nuts to the top but I want the sweet bolt shown on their site (back, left of bottom image):
