Foam Nose Cones

I would like to make some foam nose cones (ya'll know what that means. The foam insulation boards cut up and hot-wired and glassed), and I need a little advice. How exactly do I go about making a 4" diameter cone? I am going to start with some small ones and go up. Maybe just a little Estes sized thing for starters, no glass on that, and then gradually step up untill I can make 4"diameter ones. Should I hot-wire them or should I use my moms dremmel tool? Thanks for the advice. -Neil

Hmmmm.... Thats cool. I like the thing in the link on the bottom. The Rotise stand or something.... Ill ask my dad if we can make one of those... Good idea!

Did you all catch that...Neils mom has a dremel tool! Is that cool or what?

Only cause I got it as her X-mas present!!!! LOL!!! She is going to use it for soapstone carving. You should see what she can make... its amazing.
