Fin/Strake dimension Estes Tartar #1360

Folks,

Just downloaded the plans for the Estes Tartar (kit #1360) from the JimZ site.

Wanted to confirm that the fin/strake dimensions print out right. When I print the scanned templates at "no scaling" on my printer. I get root chord lengths of 10" for the strakes and 2 1/8" for the fins.

Can anyone confirm that these are the right dimensions?

On my built Tartar the strakes have a root of 9 7/8" and the fin root is 2 9/16".

Excellent... thanks as well.

I noticed a significant difference though on the fin root chord (2 9/16" vs 2 1/8") so I went back and re-measured.

I find it helps immensely when you measure the right "edge". Duh.....
