That's a ways off yet but I do think breaking the sound barrier would be a worthy goal.Everyone else is right as well, I just want to add that if you ever do high power, fins like that are a bad idea for a rocket expected to reach transonic speeds due to the likelihood of flutter. No problem at all for low power though.
As for your sim, your overall shape is fine, just make sure you complete the simulation by adding your recovery system, motor mount (if not a minimum diameter), and motor, and make any needed adjustments before you build it.
