Well, it's taken awhile but I finally got the Morbidly Obese Boy painted and she flew today. I ended up putting 2 ounces of ball bearings in the nose. Total weight w/o engine is 8 ounces. With an E9-4, 10 ounces.

It was a little windy when I went out to launch and I was flying other stuff and not sure I wanted to fly M.O.B. Then I said to heck with it. I stuffed it w/ barf, added a 24 inch chute, jammed a D12-3 in and let her rip. What a great flight. Very straight, no stability problems, guessing about 400-500 feet. I was pysched!! Later on I said what the heck, I designed it for an E9 so I prepped it, stuffed in an E9-4 and off she went. Double Wow!! Almost out of site!! I'm guessing close to a 1000 feet. Beautiful reco both times.

I've got some 24mm F-21's just waiting... I don't know if I'll have the ... uh... guts to shoot it on an F, but I know I will!!

And, I finally got a good launch picture and it happens to be the M.O.B.!!!

    Way cool...:p :D
