I read the rules for FAI S6 rocket and I would like to confirm something. There is a following requirement: The streamer must be a single homogenous unperforated rectangle of flexible material i.e. fabric, tissue or plastic foil with a length to width ratio of 10:1 minimum.
Do I understand correctly that the streamer may be 11:1 ratio, but it can`t be 9:1?
