Anyone heard from @Wayco, @Hardline or our other friends over in Goodyear, AZ. Saw the article below this morning and it mentions the home owner may be a "model rocket enthusiast". Not that this describes anyone around here but all joking aside hope everyone is ok.

Big thumbs up to the NAR for this statement in the article:

Wayco and I are at our summer home in New Mexico after a wonderful Airfest in Kansas. Our home in Goodyear is fine. I was contacted earlier today about this and we do not personally know anyone in that area of Goodyear that is a rocket hobbyist. Hopefully the folks are not grievously injured.
