Estes super neon kit year ?

At a recent local rocket launch they had a nice box of free stuff so my son and I grabbed this Estes kit. I haven’t opened it yet but wondering based on the packaging if anyone would have an idea what decade this is from ?
Late 80s early 90s

That color scheme was only in the 1991 catalog. It was brought back in 2007 in purple and green colors then in 2015 in the pastels.
