@James Duffy great video picked some things up for other projects. Not a fan of mixing in the color cup personally. Always gets me in trouble. Really came out good!

I like the Kevlar line loop for attaching the shock cord without it getting in the way of painting. I managed to paint the rocket and booster without too much trouble, mostly. I included a piece of wadding to absorb the ejection. Leave it out if you want the shotgun report from the conical cone, but it does leave a mess. In my last launch, the chute was stuck in the cone and made a hard landing in a tennis court. Minor damage...

I tried it again with no wadding and 9" nylon chute this time. I don't recall a shotgun like report (@kuririn?) and didn't make a mess inside. I guess probably because it's painted. It's hard to tell if it got stuck on the rod at ignition or if the motor had a hiccup.
