HI GUYS
Lost a rocket to a crash (cosmos Mariner) on its first flight emailed ESTES customer service what happined got a email back asking for a pic of crash and engine code# sent that info got another email asking if i would like a interceptor e as a replacement and for a shipping address answered sure sent info and asked how long for shipping and how it would ship and :jaw:got no return email waited a week emailed again:bangbang: NO RETURN EMAIL i dont get it?? any advice or help?? PS I HAVE ALL THERE EMAILS

What was your recovery system? Did it deploy? What engine did you use?
Need more info

Its a glider and D125 and went in nose first under power total trash!

It could take several weeks to get your replacement. They have always followed through for me in the past but the last time for me has been over a year. If you want to email them be sure to include the ticket number in the email.
