I did search of forum and rocket reviews without success.
Got my wife an Estes Pulsar Pink Crayon Rocket for her birthday.
Recommended engine for first flight B6-2, which I don't have. I have a Blast Off Flight pack with a bunch of A8-3s, B6-4s, C6-3s and C6-5s. I have a medium size launch field, about 8 soccer fields total.
Will the delay on the B6-4 be too long? It is still a recommended engine, along with B4-2 and C6-5. I'd consider the c6-5 but it'll be chilly at home if we lose the rocket on first launch. Rocket is 19.8" long and package weight is 2.8 oz.
Thanks

My wife bought the green one ! A is a little underpowered, B is the better choice. You're good with the B6-4's

The Crayon rocket will most likely loose quite a bit of altitude before chute ejection when using a B6-4, resulting in more stripped chutes then normal.

The B6-4 is fine. My little nephews have launched theirs with that motor many times. No worries.

The crayons are an excellent flyer!
